Effective June 1, 2022:
Due to the increasing costs of supplies and the number of pages contained within the new state mandated crash reports, the Gonzales Police Department will begin charging the following:
Incident Reports – $5.00 for first 2 pages + $1.00 per page thereafter. These reports are usually parking lot accidents and other matters wherein an arrest has not been made. These records may or may not be available on-line.
Case Reports – $5.00 for first 2 pages + $1.00 per page thereafter, if the matter is public record. These reports are NOT available online.
Accident Reports – $11.50 flat rate. These reports are available online through the below sites or in person at the Police Department.
